'sup, good skatey-peeps

I have to say, your camera person is pretty good. From some of the rare shadows cast, it looked like he/she was pretty good on a set of rollerblades.

Your editor also did a decent job. Not sure what was up with that odd blacked out corners bit that popped up from time to time... well assembled, in any event.

Blatant rips of music... nip that in the bud. Bowie gave permission for "Panic In Detroit"? :weird: There's no shortage of music (that suits the style) available with permissions. It may require a bit of looking about, but seriously... you'll be doing yourselves a favour (if you want to get legitimate exposure) and doing willing bands a favour (to get extra exposure).

You mentioned in advance that there was no story... so I won't comment on the lack of one. ;)

Regardless... even with no storyline to follow, it was still extremely well done. Just dump the dozen or so songs in it, and replace them with songs you have permission to use. That will open up a few more avenues for you.

Yea, about the music, I wasn't planning on makeing it go public or show it in a theatre or anything, but I have been working on a version that doesnt use copyrighted music. The black things in the corners are from fisheye lenses if you ever use one it works well in tight locations, On tvs you dont see the black usually because of safe guides so I dont really worry about them. Also the camera man was me in all of the shooting, unless we had 2 angles. I filmed the rolling shots on a skateboard, the difficult thing about filming skateboarding is that for some of the shots it can take hours, and you get yelled at or kicked out, so the setting is harder to film in. Also since we are all kids not everybody is aware of the technical difficulties, its more just a "I'm going to do this trick and you are going to film it, I dont care how you film it. as long as its looks tight at the end."
thanks for the kind words.
