Can any one tell me exactly what legal docs i will need. Hhere to find standard templates for those docs. I am currently doing a documentry on a friend of mine. He is a mucian and a great entertainer that made a margenal success up here in Canada. I would like to use his image and music for this Documentry. He is now deceased but i am good friends with his son who i grew up with. So what i need to know is what documents do i need signed before i can publish this documentry and where to find standard templates of them. I do not know if i need a right to use his image (since he's dead) do i need permission to use his music and do i need the people i interview for the documentry to sign anything.
