legal disclaimer text size on screen

I have to add a disclaimer in text on a commercial spot. What is the smallest size it can be, legally?

Just ask the company. They're the ones paying the lawyers

It depends the class of the commercial. Like if it was court ordered it would have to be bigger, than if it was a pharmaceutical commercial. Also it depends what the commercial audibly says like all the "fine print" in drug comms is said.
