LED-based cold shoe lights

Does anyone have a link to any stores that sell LED-based cold shoe lights? I'm looking for a 20W to 40W LED based light for my PD170.

The first place I looked was B&H but I couldn't find any LED-based lights there. (Or maybe I'm blind)
