Ursula the sea witch from "The Little Mermaid" was based on the actor/drag queen Divine. We can see the resemblance! Check it out for a laugh!

Oh absolutely, I have heard him talk about it.
In Divine Trash he talks about how they shaved back Divine's hair line to be able to put the makeup on because Divine's makeup was too much for the normal human face.
