Is there place for story note writers in in this industry ?

Bad in English. Good in Imagination(No offense to English).
That's the main reason , I hesitate to turn up into script writing.
Got enough story note ideas for short and lengthy .

Maybe, but you'd find much more success by becoming more fluent in English and attempting to pursue the craft of screenwriting.
