He's talking of the democratization of the internet, where Youtube and other social media platforms are eating into the market and, therefore, revenues of streaming shows. But he doesn't talk of internet celebrities like Lilly Singh who became famous because of Youtube and would eventually get her LA show. I've been hearing about this phenomenon, so I think a paradigm shift is well underway, if it hasn't already happened.
