Hmm.. I like the style of black and white. I feel the piece is too short, and also you might be able to make it more deep by using other editing techniques. I don't know how though, my friend is an editor and I remember a film he did a few years ago, I acted in it. Check it out see if it gives you any ideas.

Image-wise it's too much of pretty much the same thing.
Needs a considerably broader scope of things/items/body parts/images. More than just a floating head and a flashlight.
