Soooooooo...........I can use it? Not the picture. That's just something off the internet. I have a dartboard like this, and my characters are playing it. I wanna show it. I think I can get away with this? Right?
It's probably copyrighted.
As far as possible trademark infringement, it is not a big deal since Whammo lost their case against Paramount Pictures regarding "misuse" of a Slip 'n Slide in "Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star". That set a precedent.
