Is there software for doing storyboards?

And not just some place where you can upload images. I mean an actual place to plan shots in 3D.

I've thought about using something like Second Life or even Minecraft for designing things.

If money is an issue, I'd suggest learning Blender (free) or building stills in Google Sketchup, they have an asset library you can use.

There was a service called xtranormal, but they shut down earlier this year.

Celtx is my absolute favorite pre-production software, I'd be lost without it. I'm fairly certain they have a program in the suite that is specifically for storyboarding. I believe it's called "Shots"
