Is there a name for this sfx when the perspective rapidly but seamlessly changes.

And there's not really a name for it, other than just "quick zoom" or "popping in and out" or whatever. Although it's not done with one camera (or at least one camera setup) and the zoom is done entirely in post

okay so i watched the video.

It's not really a jump cut though. So they do like a digital zoom from one into the other one? It's a cool effect I wouldn't mind trying to recreate.

Edgar Wright does them pretty often as part of his style.
