iPhone Video Camera App for Practice?

I'd like to shoot some video with my iPhone5c and was wondering if there was a "go-to" app that would give me more manual control of the video camera.

Filmic Pro/Classic ($4.99), or Movie Pro (free), work really well when filming with an iPhone. Both apps also offer a variety of frame rates (such as 24fps to 60fps), and give you control over aperture, exposure, white balance etc.
