Inquiring rights

Although these films were done in the early 80's or 90's they may have been considered cheesy but they did make some profit. I was curious about updating them remakes.

LOVELY BUT DEADLY.

ALLEY CAT

They were considered chop-socky exploitation films the types of films you would see at drive in or part of a double feature at theatres.

Some of the companies may have gone defunct or no longer exist but how do you find out.

There was another film that did quite well in the mid 90's. It was directed by Conrad Janis (WKRP) the original title was THE FEMININE TOUCH, but it may have been released as THE NOVEMBER CONSPIRACY. It featured a lot of talent from 70'S-80's television and films. The plot line was rather clever for it's time and it seemed to get good reviews. I don't think it good a good theatrical release but did good in straight to video sales that would also be a good film to update.
