Hi friends ,
I am Padma and I want to know whether there is any
hard and fast rule in USA of not allowing Photographers
and the paparazi in the Court when a celebrity is on trial .

I don't think there is a "hard and fast" rule. I think the judge
has the final say on courtroom photographers in civil and state
matters. For federal crimes in a federal court I think there is a
"hard and fast" rule - no photographers allowed.
