editing Immediate help needed!

We are working on a video for the Pastor Apperciation at my church.
I'm editing in Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD and for some reason I'm getting a horrible resoultion from an HD camera.
It's rendering to 320x180 and I try to make it render to at least 1280x720.

Yes. It was all set when I began the edit process.

something must be amiss in the rendering dialog box...are you using one of the Vegas presets?

Seems I was using a default or something. I went back in Render as and changed it to Default Template, and it's using 1280x720 now.
