I have written a 20 pages script which is an unfinished movie. What to do?

I am non English, so it is not errorless. I think 20 pages be enough for finding someone to cooperate on it or judge me and help me or cooperate with me in some other way or befriend me.
I don't stick to USA, it can be from Europe or China or Japan or India, or any where, but I hope someone who is as pro as possible. To be enough for big works.
Should I find an editor before going to the next phase?

What to do now that I have that in script format pdf?

Unfortunately our industry does't purchase or produce stories without third acts and if your screenplay is unfinished then surely nobody will purchase it.

You could sell your story and your screenplay but like I said before; it needs an ending. As a consolation to your anticipated disappointment I would like to offer my assistance on collaborating a good ending.
