I am clueless

IF you have seen my previous threads, i am running a budget of $200 to about $350. I really do not know much about cameras and need advice. I am looking for something that can give me a good quality but has all the basics, 3 CCDs, the manual controls, mic jacks, etc... Can anyone give me a suggestion on this? Oh, and it needs to be fairly field tough. (i drop stuff)

In the $200 to about $350 range all cameras are the same.
A Sony is like a Sharp is like a Canon is like a Panasonic is
like Samsung. You can go to any Best Buy and pick up a camera
in that price range and you won’t be able to tell the difference.
No camera in your price range has the essentials:
Three CCD’s or CMOS
Manual controls for the iris, shutter, focus and white balance.
A microphone input.

Since all you can afford is $200 to about $350 you will either
have to wait until you have more money, or buy the camera
you asked about in your other thread. As I said on that thread,
the Samsung SMX-F34LN is a fine camera to start with. But
it doesn't have the essentials so you will be limited.

But you can make movies with it and you learn all the important
aspects of making a movie, too.
