editing How to upload video with max quality

Whats up guys. I'm editing a music video I shot on a canon 60d in adobe premiere cs5. I'm trying to figure out how to upload to youtube, vimeo etc without losing any quailty. Shot it in 1080p 24fps. I'm on a PC so do I need to a 3rd party codec like cineform or do I just upload it using one of the default codecs in premiere (h.264, avi etc)? This is my first time editing a project and uploading it. Any tips appreciated, thanks!

Without losing any quality? Well just leave it uncompressed. Not really a realistic option but it fits what you're asking.

Otherwise, what pepper jack said, quicktime wrapper with a h.264 codec will most likely suit your youtube requirements since you still need to stream it. It has what a lot of people consider the best due to its combination of decent compression to good quality ratio.
