how to transfer a video file from email to documents?

I have a video on youtube.com that I want to store in my computor. I emailed it to myself and want to put it in documents as an wmv file.

How would I do that?

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. Is this someone else's youtube video? If so it might be better to have the person just send you the file. You can only download youtube videos in flv or mp4 format which are pretty bad quality.
