Its around 70 page script not much sfx or stunts

Does your camera have an XLR input plug on your camera? If it does you can plug a boom directly into that with an XLR cable.

You can find some good booms/mics for under $500.

You'll find many sites with many audio options. I use BandHphoto.com
Between the camera mic, a good shotgun and a couple of lavs, I'm covered for my needs.
