That's a pretty heavily regulated corporate mechanic, allowing the future purchase of shares at a previously-determined pricepoint.

Do you perhaps mean "points", where certain people involved in your film are given a percentage point(s) of the profits, in addition to (or instead of) payment up front for investment or services?

Or maybe you mean something else. I'm just guessing. What are you trying to do?

i was just trying to figure out other sponsorship opportunities for companies. you cant have 15 brands in your film. Yes stock might be a bad idea. Wasnt sure.
