How do you get this type of camera shake?

Back then, I'm guessing they just put the heavy film camera on the shoulders, but today would a glidecam or steadicam, give you the same effect, or did they do something specific?

There's nothing there. Nothing!... just a camera on the shoulder!
Glidecams and steadycams don't do that effect, they are supposed to stabilize footage, not shake it!

Do you make thes questions just because you're bored?

There's still a little bit of shake. That's the shake I meant. I guess it wasn't as obvious to me.
