how do you color correct to get an effect like this

Looks like mids and highlights are pushed orangy/yellow and the saturations are up a smidge.
3-way color corrector, used somewhat gently.
although this looks more like a "look" from magic bullet to me... or you could just shoot it that way in camera using a slightly orange filter on the camera.
