Hi my name is

Ugo and i'm very new here.

I love to see short films whenever i get to. I like the experimentation, the freedom, the frankness of them.
I cannot say i have favorites but i want to see more and discover.

I do not write and i do not play, i enjoy the fruit of your passion.

My trade is in design, where i try to find new and better ways to help people get to where they need to go.

No i must admit that i got here while trying to find an old short i once saw on tv say a good 15 years ago =/

Why that movie ? Well it so happen that at 2 in the morning that night, tv was almost done dispensing the late program, and there was this second to last short film playing. It was silent (or was it that the tv was muted?) so i dropped an early morning techno track to fill in. The match was blissful and i never got to find the actual film and somehow I still want to see if it fits.

So the movie is set up like this: shot from a single continuous movement that spans 360 degrees. thats about it. A camera that rotates 360 deg and thats the film.
The plot: A rural setup that feels like east europe. So it starts on a small house. Moving on we begin to see a woman than another and a third; all dressed with a white apron and dark clothes, one is tall another small and a the third in between. Moving on there is a visual break: another field that slowly leave its place to reveal three hanged men! Never stopping, the camera continues inexorably to a watching crowd that fades out to the original house.

Simple and emotionally charged especially with the track i accidentally mixed in.

Now if we have a living library that would be great : i need that movie. Please? ^^

Please note that I can't wait to see the movies posted here and participate a bit as much as i can :)

Best and read you soon,

U
