Hello all. I just wanted to say hey to all of you and introduce myself.
I'm Whitney. I'm currently residing in Chicago finishing up school at Roosevelt University (psychology). I'm originally from Minnesota and have lived in Florida as well. I can't seem to sit still in once place for too long, so who knows where I'll end up next. I've been interested in filmmaking (in its simplest form) since I was a kid playing with my dad's Panasonic OmniMovie HQ. I'm pretty sure we still have my homemade commercials I made for "Vanishing Cream" somewhere... I was so proud of myself when I figured out how to make things "disappear."
Anyways, I haven't taken up filmmaking seriously as of yet but am interested in learning anything and everything about it. I just can't seem to get it out of my head! If anyone on here lives in the Chicago area and would like to discuss filmmaking or teach me the ropes, just let me know!
