HELP! How to make a Director's Reel

Hey Guys!

Okay, so I need to make a director's reel. How do I go about doing this? Do I look for a producer to help finance it(camera rentals,etc)? What?

ANY advice or help greatly appreciated!

You choose the best three minutes from the movies, TV and
music videos you've directed and edit them into one reel. If
you have some truly exceptional work you can use five minutes.

I actually need to make one. I could probably come up with 2 or 3 minutes of pretty good stuff.
