There is a tile designer called Lubna Chowdhary. There is a photo on the net of some of her tiles - http://www.designlife.tv/interior-design/?c=Wallcoverings - it is the yellow tiles.

What are the rules on using this photo of Lubna's tiles in the background of a music vid? Who do I have to ask permission from, if anyone at all?

OK - easier way is to 'modify' the tiles so they are unrecognisable as her tiles. Erm, I think - knowing nothing about copyright rules probably doesn't help!
