I'm checking in from the Great White Socialist North. Well, sort of. Where I am in Ontario is further south than large chunks of the United States.
I've always been fanatical about film (at least watching and purchasing DVD's) but haven't had a lot of time to pursue filmmaking since I've been working in the exciting world of lab supplies
I've just spent a week in Toronto for the After Dark Film Festival and having connected with so many fans/industry folks/etc. I realize it's a world I want to be part of.
This is getting long winded, hello.
