Hello I'm new! From New Zealand!

Welcome!
I'm from New Zealand too. Not many of us around here (I think I'm the only regular poster). From Wellington myself (at uni).
Tell us a bit about yourself Do you have any previous films? What area of film interests you?
What are you favourite films
 
Cool! Are you at Vic or Massey? Studying film? Yeah we just uploaded our 48 Hour entry. We shot it in Wellington! It's in the screening room of this site now. I just seen a short documentary 'Living Like Kings', shot in Christchurch. I enjoyed that! The Grand Budapest was my favourite film I have seen so far this year. I thought it was rad! How about you?

I liked Grand Budapest, though in the same way I like all Wes Anderson films (in that they're all enjoyable, well made films, but he's become kind of derivative of himself - I think of him as the 21st century Tim Burton). I think my favourite so far this year would have to be The Wind Rises or Only Lovers Left Alive (considered seeing it at the Film Festival last year, but it didn't sound that exciting at the time - it's actually a really fun film).
