Hi All,

My name is John. I am based in Liverpool, UK

I originally studied media back in the late nineties (using huge VHS Camcorders lol) but lost interest and took different career direction.

About a year ago, I bought a camcorder, some editing software and caught the bug again.

At the moment, I am getting to grips with DSLR and look forward to putting together a serious project in 2014

Welcome! let us know about your next project! tho im living in Finland I would postulate as a volunteer since im looking to spend a season in the UK!

I guess it depends very much on what kind of documentary you are thinking about, I know many of them filmed on DSLR that went very well! I have a Canon Rebel t2i and I think it has a very nice quality!
