Short film I originally created for the 48 hour film festival. My team received silent film. After the festival I made it no longer a silent film.

This is my first short film. I was the DOP, Editor, Special Effects Supervisor, Sound Mixer, Steadicam Operator, and Chief Lighting Technician. I'd appreciate harsh criticism regarding any of these things aspects to help me improve myself for my next short.

I'm aware of some of the shots that should have used a tripod, specifically near the end and in the elevator and being overexposed in the opening.

I thought you did an amazing job. It really was a well done short. I can't really say that you did anythin wrong. I guess the one thing that would have been better if there was more dialog in the film but then you would not got the silent film award.

I think the explosion looked pretty fake with that huge fireball. Maybe get rid of some of that fire ball and make it smaller. I would probalby add smoke to it or dust. You got dust that lands on the guys head in one shot but no dust in the fire ball. Just an idea to make it look more real. Really other than that the special effects were pretty good. I am not sure if there is anything easy that can be done to make it look more real. Let's see if anyone will chime in on how to make the fire ball look better.

I saw this one on youtube that looked a little better since it had some dust in the explosion. This one looks good about 4 seconds into it.
