Its very good for a first video....however the two things that really jumped out at me are:

Your lead singers lipsync skills need work

The red light is a bit unflattering, especially with the red shirt, and his nose is 'really' shiny....did you have a makeup artist on set?

Otherwise its very professionally shot and graded...good job

No we didn't have a make-up artist sadly. There were only 3 crew members.

I hear ya They're pretty invaluable on set though, especially on music videos...they can be keeping an eye on your main guy/girl while you concentrate on other things.
