Guerilla film-making guides?

Does anyone know any good websites or books with easy-to-read guerilla film-making guides. I'm talking about (relatively) cheap ways to do lighting, make green screens, boom poles, etc. Thanks so much.

Guerilla filmmaking is filmmaking at any (non-monetary) cost. Doing whatever it takes to get the shot you need (often whithout concern for legality or safety), Using what you have available to you, solving problems creatively rather than throwing money at it. Low budget film seems to be a result of guerilla filmmaking. It's become quite buzzterm now, but I think it still rings true with many low-budget filmmakers.
