Good title text.

I am wondering what to do with the opening of my short (a horror/thriller/comedy thing)


I was some sort of simple but slick good title text, but I dont really want the norm MS fonts

I use sony vegas, is there any way I can get some good text in there? I see other peoples films and their text just looks a lot cleaner.

There are also some "Movie Poster" fonts in there that I have used for that purpose.

Sometimes it's not the text font but more of what you do with the title that makes it interesting. Not all the time though.

Whatch the shining. Stanley Kubrick used nothing but plain simple text and it work perfectly. You can go to the trouble of finding fancy fonts, but quite often in design the simplest thing works the best.
Limit yourself to no more than to two fonts or colours.
