Good mic for atmos?

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a cheapish microphone thats good for wild track for use on a short film in the next couple of weeks.

If anyone could recommend me a couple that would be great!

Define "cheapish." For me that would be around US$400.

Also, what do you mean by "atmos?" Ambient sounds?

Do you want mono or stereo?
