A woman WON and then LOST 14 MILLION dollars at a Florida Casino. Then she robbed her family blind and is now in jail. Won and Lost 14 million dollars. That's a serious illness.
 
She may be ill but there have been some great gamblers in history.

Google Archie Karas or Nick the Greek.

Karas won and lost 40 or 50 million once.

Archie, what a character. He once had every cranberry that the casino owned in his vault. When he had the 40 million, (three decades ago?) a lot more money back then than it is now, his friends tried to get him to invest it. He told them he was a gambler and he needed his money to gamble. The last I heard he was playing the $1/$2 no limit at The Bellagio.

Haha yeah. What a guy. I thought it was 2/4 but it's not much of a dif ;)

And they wanted him to invest half of it, right?
