Hi everyone, it's good to be on board to learn more about film making, and to get a better understanding for all the work that's been done before the composer comes in.

I have an exciting autumn in front of me with several commissions. Other than writing music I'm a classical tenor and (very soon) a music/voice teacher with a strong interest in environmental and animal rights. :)

To become a composer, I'm sure you could start by scoring some filmmakers' projects here. I'd be happy to let you score one of mine in the future. :D
It's fine to post links. No problem at all.
We have a lot of composers here that I'm sure you could discuss topics with, ask questions, and collaborate.
