Format for submission via Withoutabox

Hi,
This may seem like a stupid question but I cant figure out how online submission for withoutabox works?
I have a slow net connection that drops smtyms so I need to be clinical about the quality/size ratio and was wondering what format is allowed for submission on withoutabox?

Dude, why not just mail it off man?? Maybe if you make a call or two they can load it to whatever festivals you like....and did you knw that festival comes from the latin "farewell to the flesh".....

Generally that a "postmarked by" deadline. As long as it gets there in some reasonable time you should be fine.
