flycam rotating?

Hey guys

I just got my flycam 5000 in the mail today; I'm relatively sure I've balanced it right with the 2-2.5 second drop time and all that, however...the thing keeps rotating when i'm moving around with it? is this because I've balanced it wrong? If so, how can I correct it? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure you are meant to (very very lightly) rest your other hand on the pole section and guide it's direction. Sorry for the non-technical wording.

$160 with the arm brace. but if you're going to be holding the rig for longer than 5 minutes, i'd definitely recommend getting the vest with it. it's not necessarily that heavy, but you have to hold it away from your body to get proper movement and stability. i did a 10+ hour shoot on Saturday and used the flycam about half the time. my support arm still feels like i did five hundred one-arm pull ups. get the vest.
