Flashbacks in screenplays

When including a flashback sequence in a screeplay:

is it normal practise to say when there's a flashback?

or

would you just write what's happening on screen without mentioning that it's an intended flashback?

I'm curious to know, because something I'm working on will have at least three flashback sequences.
I wondered if you would make reference to this so the flashback is differentiated from a simple change of scene. It most likely in my mind wouldn't make sense left on it's own.

I realise directors will present flashbacks differently. But to me it makes sense to include a note on the screenplay. Then it's obvious to the reader.

you could just use scene headings to help you,
int.gods house.day 2007
cut to
int. toms house. night-1954
it works and the producer/director knows whats happened
