Ok, so how do you do the color on the B+W? Do you do a motion tracking mask on the can n the hand in AE?

Hm... I use masking function in Sony Vegas and mask it frame by frame... so AE can do more efficient job, is it?

I assumed so, but I've never done it my self. I'm hoping there's a simple way to do it like that...
