How is the best way to find actors, lighting, camera ect crew for a folm? this is a no pay but copy of movie deal and I am just starting to find funding in Fulton KY.

it helps a lot if you have a kickass example of your prior work.
most people don't want to work for free for an amateur that has no idea what they're doing. If that's your position then you probably need to leverage friendship and family

Hire a casting director.

lighting, camera

Camera hire place. They usually also do lighting.

Previous experience, Production Manager, HOD referrals.

hmm.... well that eliminates the best way.... It leaves you with people who owe you favors, students you can convince to join you and other people you can beg, borrow and steal.
