While we're on the list game . . .
As a filmmaker, list the films you'd like to make over the course of your career. You don't have to be story specific, just genre will do. Also, don't make it a dream list. Keep it to films that you could realistically see yourself making.
For me it would be the following, in no particular order:
1 A low-budget indie comedy (already have the script)
2 A Pirate adventure movie without any supernatural elements.
3 A campy low-budget slasher/horror film (or two).
4 A truly scary horror/ghost film.
5 A WWII Epic (shot Bloody Omaha style).
6 A Spaghetti-style Western
7 A serious period Crime/Gangster film.
8 My own adaptation of Dracula, keeping as close to the original Stoker novel as possible (Which has never been none to my satisfaction. The BBC production from 1977 comes closest)
9 An adult-oriented (as in not aimed at children, not X rated) crime drama made entirely with a cast of realistic hand puppets.
10 An animated film-noir.
