Filming people, what contract?

Ok so im very amature, but i want to film people, if they agree to be filmed what kind of contract do i need to type up and what should it include?


Would just a basic contract writed up and a place for them to sign agreeing to be filmed on "whatever film im doing" be valid?

It's actually a "release". If you google search you can find some standard ones on the internet. It basically states the images you take of them are your property to use, not use, manipulate, alter, do anything you want with and they have no rights regarding those images whatsoever.

lol after searching google from the first reply, i actully ended back at indietalk again, on the same topic and somone mentioned sonnyboo... so i went there.

Sure if you can upload it to the internet somhow (webpage) i have printed a actor release form think was from here , but not sure if this contract which i think is USA is legaly binding in the UK.

Oh well ill use it anyway as im not making any money anyway as of yet lol.
