Film Terms: Just Wondering

I've searched google but it returned me some useless info's, or rather unrelated.
Anyways, what do you mean by the phrase "Washed out", "Clipped out" and "Blinkies"? I frequently heard them from youtube tutorials, but doesn't really know what they meant.

Not sure on Blinkie (though I have heard of an "inkie" which is a light).

Washed out means low contrast/saturation. Think "Book of Eli"
Clipped is when a highlight (bright area) blows out to white with no detail, or the reverse is when a shadow crushes to black with no detail.
