Feature film discussion

Finally finished the first draft of my feature film, so what do you guys do next apart from drugs alcohol etc?

I know I have to get the script rewritten and locked down, which is step one, but what do you like to do? Interested to hear other people's processes, I won't be story boarding for this film as part of a creative choice.

Do you start breaking down shooting days or location scout first? Perhaps cast actors or crew first? Love to hear from you.

For me, many re-writes (and alcohol).

For me, it's budget, director, actors, rest of the crew, location scouting, and schedule.
That's the general order, but there's a lot of doubling back.
