My birthday was this past Saturday and I had a pineapple upside down cake with Ben and Jerry's Late Night Snack ice cream....

Umm... it was AWESOME!

Well, today is my birthday. Ice Cream Cakes are my most cherished.

Although, I also enjoy coconut cake too.

Since I'm alone today, I may step out to an ice cream parlor of establishment for cake.

My favorite is orange cake with a vanilla butter cream icing. I had that for part of our wedding cake and everyone loved it.
