The manufacture of the mask holds ownership. Although Clinton is a public figure, he, too, could complicate things. If much of your film involves someone wearing the mask portraying a Clinton character, expect a lot of legal activity ($$$).
Seek the advice of an entertainment attorney for this. You're stepping on a number of legal areas that you'll want to ensure you have the correct advice and protection and ensure you own the correct rights to do what you're wanting to do.

thanks for the replies...its only one scene which involves the masks (heist)...I've a meeting with a Solicitor specialising in Enterainment and media in 3 weeks time, so will run this by them....If it worked in Point break, hope it works for me
