editing eyedropper for IRE values

Hi all - quick question.

Is there a tool within AE/PP/SG that will read out IRE values in the way that the "eyedropper" reads hue values?

I'm coloring a scene where the YUV waveform is all over the place, particularly in the area where I want a face to read at 65IRE. Because the YUV waveform is read horizontally only, I am unable to tell where exactly that face lands on the IRE scale.

The shortcut is shooting colour and grey charts :)

Not much help now though....

There may well be the ability to do that, though I've never personally heard of it - those more familiar with PP and SG might be more help :)
