Kevin's father leaves a rather disturbing message with Kevin's robotic secretary, informing him that people's livestock are disappearing all over town and that Kevin needs to go carefully guard the sheep all day and also sleep next to the kraal. Kevin does so, and is visited in the night by Snuifie the message delivery boy, delivering a letter. The letter informs Kevin that his sheep will be confiscated to feed some people working on The Better World Project. Kevin demands Snuifie come and show him who sent him with such a conceited letter. When they find the guy, it turns out to be some punk criminal, stealing food everywhere. The night turns into a dangerous criminal chase of car chases, bicycle chases and more dangerous action. Will Kevin catch his man?
